The Energy Performance Certificate Register is moving to a new site from 21 September 2020

The current Landmarked EPC register is changing over to a government run website from 21 September 2020. All certification will cease all lodgements at approximately 10pm on 19 September 2020, at which time all services will be moved over to the new register.

Please note that there is some cut over between new and old registers. Any EPC lodged post 9 June 2020 to 20 September 2020 will need to be accessed via the Landmark Register. All older and new reports will be accessible on the link below.
