Before we come to visit your site
Help reduce amount of time we need to spend on site.
To reduce the amount of time we spend in your building by our assessors we are now asking our clients to confirm some information before we come to site.
We will require the following first
A plan of the building Showing GIA
Total Consumption In Kilowatt Hours two Months before the Expiry Date on Your Display Energy certificate.
Example
If your Dec expires 31st December 2021 then consumption report from 1st November 2020 to 1st November 2021.
If your Dec expires 31stJanuary 2022 then consumption report from 1st December 2020 to 1st December 2021.
If your Dec expires February 2022 then consumption report from 1st January 2021 to 1st January 2022.
Only once we have these can we then Visit site. This is to ensure we prioritise the clients who have all information required ready.
The Invoice will be sent soon after Site visit and DEC should normally be complete within 5 working days.
